Hello!
I meditated for two weeks at the Mugeo Center in Ulsan before deciding to go to the main center to complete level one. That is how I got here. First off, many of my curiosities were resolved after the clear explanations of the universe, humans, and the truth of the universe. I came to find the answers to the questions I was seeking answers to. The meditation method itself is simple, explicit, and you just have to do according to the method. The fact that there is a method is amazing.
However, once I got into the meditation, because I had so many thoughts I got stuck. But as I kept throwing away and kept throwing away, it seemed that my self who had the negative minds disappeared quite a bit.
Now I have come to clearly understand what direction I need to take in life, and now I know that if I just do according to the method, it works out. I am grateful to all the people at the main center who made it possible for me to meditate.
