I had heard about this meditation about four years ago. At that time, my spouse and I visited the main center directly.
This was my first time experiencing the meditation myself. I spent the first two days very unsure and feeling perplexed. Then starting on the third day, I experienced realizations that moved me.
Although I had been meditating 80% due to my spouse’s recommendation and 20% due to my own will, now I am almost at the end of level 1. I feel quite proud. I am very eager to go to the second level, but doing level two at the main center will not be feasible as I have to return to work. So now I am contemplating meditating at my local center.
As I lived this thing called ‘life’, I did not know if there was a way to solve it. So I had given up and thought, although it is unfair, I will just have to live the next life. Upon discovering this meditation, it feels like I have found a new life.
I will spend as much time as possible to meditate through level two.
