1. It seemed that the reflection part of ‘looking back on my life,’ had only been a few hours, but after doing it, I felt that I had lived in a false way: shamefully and unable to live meaningfully. I was reluctant to let go of the past and I saw and acted according to my self-oriented life. I lived possessing the mind that I am better than others, and I viewed myself too highly. My life standards and conceptions imprisoned me and I was attached to myself so I couldn’t let go of myself.
2. My facial expression became more natural and my laughter now comes out naturally. And the part of the body that wasn’t well improved greatly. I was also able to approach strangers and greet them first. I am happy and my thoughts have changed a lot. I am positive I feel that I have discovered the path that will propel my life.
