When I first arrived here, it wasn’t easy to smile. But as I meditated and I subtracted out my minds, after a few days had passed I found that the corners of my mouth automatically turned upwards. As I meditated late into the night, I saw how endlessly pathetic and pitiful the false world and false minds within my mind were.
I am so deeply happy that I have discovered this meditation sooner than later. However, I am also aware of how much remains. Even though it is difficult for me when my minds come up here and there, I am just grateful that there is a method to throw those away.
